Though most orders go out within 48 hours, some larger orders may take 3-5 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $99.99 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. Orders that include oversize items may not qualify for free shipping.
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.
Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information. If your item is returned to us because of an incorrect address a small re-shipping fee will apply.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our packages. We ship via the most cost effective method. If you require a specific service for delivery please contact us for assistance.
Our standard shipping typically takes about 3-5* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.

We are happy to provide in store pickup as well as curbside pickup to our local customers! Please select CURBSIDE PICKUP at checkout to forego shipping charges. Shipping Oversized Items
If you purchase an item that is of a larger size/weight like a fully assembled dresser or nursery chair it may not qualify for free shipping. Your shipping charge will appear on checkout. Dream Nest strives to keep shipping costs as low as possible!
Furniture
We know how overwhelming a purchase of this magnitude can be and proudly offer several convenient delivery options to fit your needs: local in-store pickup, local delivery & LTL freight carrier. Select pieces even ship via UPS and FedEx.
Due to their size and fragility, most furniture items do not qualify for free shipping.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
These orders will arrive via freight liner and be delivered to your curbside.
White glove delivery is available with most carriers for furniture orders at an additional cost. Call us if you need the items brought into your room of choice and unpackaged and we can set up white glove delivery for you.
Once your furniture order is placed, and if all items are in stock, please allow 3-7 business days for it to ship since these items require more time to package and get on a truck.

Due to the increase in credit card fraud Dream Nest takes additional precautions when shipping orders. Your order may be held or cancelled if the purchase appears to be fraudulent.
Return Policy: 30-Day Guarantee
Our policy entitles the customer to return any item purchased within 30 days of the date of invoice. Any unused items in original condition with their original tags and packaging will be refunded or can be exchanged. Items can be returned to Dream Nest Baby and Kids for a full refund less the shipping charge. We will refund shipping charges if the product is defective or shipped in error. If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Crib & Kids. Any products discounted by 15% or higher are considered clearance items and are a final sale and cannot be returned. Products subject to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for a refund. All furniture items are final sale once they have shipped from the manufacturer. Car seats are also a final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged. After 30 days, defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions. Open box items may be subjected to a restocking fee. A

Please return items via UPS or insured Parcel Post. When returning the item(s), please include the item in its original packaging, the original packing slip, a copy of the receipt, and a return form.
To obtain a copy of your original packing slip, or if you need a shipping label, please contact us at 405-219-1979.
Return mailing labels obtained from Dream Nest Baby and Kids are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by Dream Nest Baby and Kids and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Items
Please contact Dream Nest Baby and Kids at 405-219-1979 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Dream Nest Baby and Kids will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.
Please Contact Dream Nest Baby and Kids within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
Credit and Return Time
It may take up to 10 business days for us to receive your returned or exchanged product. All refunds processed are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged from shipping or is defective.
Canceling An Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us by either calling 405-219-1979 or email us dreamnestbabyandkids@gmail.com within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. If you have placed the order before or after business hours, please leave a message to ensure no penalties occur.
